Planed finish fencing rails with two 45° chamferred corners. Ideal for use with our planed picket slats with a smooth, premium finish but has many other uses including deck boards and bench slats.
These fencing rails are pressure treated green; 15 year Treat-Right Warranty.

1.35m Fencing pin with lamp hook, made from 10mm steel reinforcing bar (rebar). Pointed for driving in. Perfect for temporary barrier fencing. Hook designed to hang a safety lantern.

A post support fitting for installing timber posts. The post sits on the socket out of ground contact, which prevents the timber from rotting due to moisture from the ground. It is suitable for structurally supported timber posts that need to last a long time e.g. for a basic timber porch or lean-to. Not recommended for free standing posts e.g. fence posts.

Installation: drill an 18mm diameter hole in the end of the timber post for the Ground Socket to fit into, the hole needs to be at least 155mm deep for the post to sit firmly over the metal dowel down to the square support plate. The bottom of the ground socket is designed to be concreted into the ground, the cross bar ensures a secure fixing within the concrete.

A single 15mm thick timber packing strip, used to increase the width of 1800mm wide fence panels to 1830mm (6').

Fence panels manufactured in the U.K. are normally 6' wide (1830mm), fence panels manufactured in European countries are normally 1800mm wide. Packing strips can be attached to both sides of fence panels to increase their width from 1800mm to 1830mm, this enables 1800mm panels to fit between posts that were installed to suit 1830mm ( 6' ) wide panels.

Packing strips are also needed if 1800mm wide fence panels are being fitted with 1830mm concrete gravel boards.

Two Packing Strips are required per fence panel, attach them to the panel with 30mm panel pins or screws.

Ratchet Wire Strainers are a specialist product for straining fencing line wire and barbed wire.

To strain the wire: attach the base of the strainer to a post using the fixing hole, feed your wire through the hole in the barrel of the strainer and then wind the barrel with a spanner. When the wire reaches your required tension, engage the ratchet catch to secure the wire in place. The wire can easily be re-tensioned when required.
